We all need a break,
And that's an accepted fact.
Our body needs rest,
To avoid it from getting snapped.
Our body needs attention,
So, make sure to put everything in place.
Skipping meals is out of option,
For this will make you lose the race.
Sleeping late is another.
Waking up late will follow after.
Making them pimples happy,
growing everywhere, where you don't want them to be.
Our body is our asset,
Designed in His image and likeness.
That is why taking care of it is a must!
For without it, we will bite the dust.
Though sometimes we abuse ourselves,
Sleeping late, skipping meals.
Doing something that needs to be done,
Especially, when the deadline is about to come.
That is good if your being productive,
Just don't do it, on a daily basis.
Especially when you're doing it just for fun.
Being useless, worthless and just plain pointless.
I also hope I put this in my head,
I even prayed for motivation.
But I know through the Grace He has given me.
These things will be put into action.
